  • We send a booking confirmation email with a link to your confirmation page when a booking is confirmed. If you have any questions or need a copy, we’ll be happy to provide it.

  • We don’t want you to worry about incidental and accidental damage while you’re on vacation, which is why all Vanage Vacation single family homes have a damage protection waiver that covers accidental damage for items in the home (excluding golf carts) up to the specified limit in the rental agreement (minimum amount is $1,500).

    • A full refund will be provided to the Guest for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

    • A 50% refund will be provided to the Guest for cancellations 29 – 14 days before check-in, after which time no refund will be provided.

    • We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses.

  • Yes! All of our homes come with several children’s amenities including pack n’ play, high chair, children’s dishes and more! If additional items are needed, we’ve partnered with Little Beach Bum Rentals that delivers baby/child items! They have a huge inventory of toys, car seats, strollers, beach gear for kids and more!

  • Yes! We love hosting our furry friends, and all of our homes are pet friendly. We welcome up to two pets per stay - please see the specific listings for details.

    For guests traveling to North Captiva, the ferries and beaches are pet friendly too!

North Captiva FAQs

  • North Captiva is a sanctuary of dirt roads and pristine beaches. Plan to do as little or as much as you desire, from laying on the quiet beaches to all day boat charters to fish the gulf! Enjoy poolside meals and in home private chefs. And you can always expect 5-star service from your Vanage Team to meet all your needs!

  • The closest airports are Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).

  • Yes, North Captiva is boat access only.

    There is a public ferry that provides transportation to/from the island throughout the day (Island Girl Charters). Additionally, there are private charters that you can schedule outside of the ferry schedules, as needed.

  • We recommend Pine Island Taxi. They offer different size vehicles and options for car seats you may need for your trip. While Uber is an option, we have found it to be not as reliable to get to Pine Island.

  • Yes! The ferry will bring all of your belongings on and off the ferry, and we will meet you at the North Captiva dock and transport your belongings to the house.

  • No. There is a small store on the island that sells essentials, but it is not a full market. We do partner with a responsive and highly recommended grocer who can assist in a pinch for an item that is needed (i.e. medication or other essentials).

  • Yes! We recommend Coastal Eats.

  • Yes! Most of our guests are families with kids and adults of all ages. The island provides a tranquil place to connect with family and nature, while also having fun fishing, hiking the preserve, beach days, boating, playing games and exploring the island.

  • Our guidebooks provided after booking provide multiple boat charter vendors. There are many to choose from!

  • No. North Captiva beaches are some of the most beautiful and unpopulated beaches around. On some mornings walks, we don’t pass another person.

  • Yes. All of our homes come with a golf cart. Please check the listing description for details.

  • There are options for boat rentals by the day or week as well as chartering services available on North Captiva. Rent additional bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. Rent rods and buy bait on island throughout your stay - fish off docks or right at the shoreline!

  • Yes, North Captiva has a fully equipped Fire Rescue service on island 24/7 with emergency medical professionals.

  • Yes! There are two restaurant options currently, and third opening soon!

Marco Island FAQs

  • The closest airports are Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Naples Municipal Airport (APF).

  • There are several great beaches on Marco Island, and most are open the public. We recommend South Marco Beach, Marco Beach or Tigertail Beach.

  • South Marco Beach offers the largest parking lot with 200 spots. For Marco Beach, there are a few public lots acorss the street that you can park and walk. All of our homes come with bikes, so you’re welcome to bike to the beach too!

  • Marco Island offers guests a wide variety of activities and attractions for guests of all ages! Guests often enjoy visiting the wonderful restaurants, beaches, parks, as well as spending days fishing or boating, enjoying water sports, playing mini golf, going to the local movie theater or enjoying the picture perfect sunsets.

Cape Coral FAQs

  • The closest airports are Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).

  • Cape Coral offers some of Southwest FL’s best boating and outdoor entertainment - with miles of canals with direct gulf access. For days at the beach, Fort Myers Beach is the closest, about 20 minutes away. You can also conveniently access Sanibel.
